During my recent business trip to Krynica Zdrój, I had the opportunity to stay at Apartamenty Renesans, a hotel that was chosen by my director. The experience was truly exceptional, and I would like to share my positive feedback.

Although my experience was predominantly positive, I did notice that the walls at Apartamenty Renesans were a bit thin.

The hotel had a great location, right in the city center and close to the bus stops. It was really convenient to explore the city and get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us tips about sightseeing. Another advantage was that the rooms were ready early, so we could check in and leave our luggage. Plus, the breakfasts were delicious!

The level of cleaning in the rooms was uneven, as one room was not as clean as the other. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and no water provided for two people.

The location is super central, close to the ski centers in Krynica and near the city center. The De Luxe rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to provide sightseeing tips and assistance. The hotel also offers convenient services such as free Wi-Fi, express check-in/out, ski storage, table tennis, billiard tables, and a children's play area. Additionally, the parking is great and the hotel offers a full body massage for relaxation. There's also a 24-hour reception and security for added convenience. Perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Enjoyed the billiards and outdoor adventures nearby. The free breakfast buffet was a great bonus, and the attached winery and shopping mall made it even more exciting.

Such a shame that the walls were paper-thin. I had the pleasure of hearing all the juicy details of my neighbors' conversations.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already available when I arrived early in the morning, allowing me to check-in and settle in right away. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Apartamenty Renesans provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
